PURPOSE: An inclination adjusting device for an image display apparatus is provided to adjust freely the inclination degree of a monitor by means of spring-type bush and handle in 3 axes. CONSTITUTION: A first frame(10) of U shape is integrated in the rear side of a monitor(1). A second frame(20) is coupled with the monitor(1) and a supporter(4), and lies at right angles to the first frame(10). A rotating member(30) is connected to the first frame(10) and the second frame(20) so as to be rotated. A coupling adjustment member(40) adjusts the journal coupling strength of the first frame(10) and the second frame(20) so that the rotation and inclination of the monitor(1) can be adjusted in 3 axes. An inclination adjustment part(41) controls the contraction or tension action of a bush inserted into a first journal of the first frame(10). A first rotation adjustment part(42) controls the contraction or tension action of a bush inserted into a second journal of the second frame(20). A second rotation adjustment part(43) controls the right and left rotation of the first and the second frames(10,20) and the monitor(1) at the same time.
