METHOD OF PREVENTING FASTENING OF CIRCULATING PUMP OF GAS BOILER

PURPOSE: A method of preventing the fastening of a circulating pump of a gas boiler is provided to prevent the fastening of a circulating pump by rotating a circulating pump if the circulating pump is suspended over 24 hours and repeating rotation and suspension until the rotational frequency is over the normal rotational frequency by sensing the rotational frequency of the circulating pump. CONSTITUTION: A method of preventing the fastening of a circulating pump comprising: turning on a circulating pump if a certain time passes by counting a certain time(about 24 hours) after turning off the circulating pump by a control unit if the circulating pump is turned off according to the stoppage of the driving of a gas boiler; deciding if the rotation state of the circulating pump is normal by comparing the rotational frequency of the circulating pump detected by an RPM detecting unit to a memorized normal rotational frequency; rotating the circulating pump until a certain time passes by deciding as the fastening is occurred in the circulating pump by the control unit if the rotational frequency of the circulating pump is smaller than the normal rotational frequency; turning off the circulating pump by the control unit if the certain time passes; and repeatedly detecting the rotational frequency of the circulating pump by turning on the circulating pump after a certain time by counting the certain time repeatedly.
