PURPOSE: Provided is a functional fabric which has excellent functionality, washing ability and lubricant surface. Thereby, it is possible to obtain the functional fabric having excellent durability by using yellow earth, bio ceramic and germanium. CONSTITUTION: The process contains following the steps of: mixing 40-67% by weight off unctional material consisting of leoss, bio ceramic and germanium with 3-30% by weight of acrylic rubber; adding a solvent in the solution to mix; optionally, adding an aromatic in the solution; coating the added mixture on the surface of fabric; drying the coated material at 140°C for 3min; and then drying the coated material at 120-140°C for 1min. The functional fabric is consisted of 40-67% by weight of functional material having leoss, bio ceramic and germanium, 30-57% by weight of polyester and 3-30% by weight of acrylic rubber. The polyester is used as gel phase or liquid phase. The usable fabric is polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene, acrylonitrilebutadienestyrene, polystyrene, polycarbonate and polyamide.
