PURPOSE: An auxiliary device of wire or wireless telephone for hands free is provided to enable hands free talking by simply connecting the existing telephone set with the auxiliary device without exchanging or disussing the existing telephone, thereby obtaining a profit in a national economy and company economy, and effectively used in businesses such as help desk, telemarketing. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary device is connected to a line coupled to the existing telephone. When calling, it is possible to call in hands free by using a wire or wireless earphone microphone connected to the auxiliary device or it is possible to call with the existing telephone.
