PURPOSE: A titanium photo reactor for waste water treatment using catalytic reaction is provided, which is characterized in that quartz tube and titanium mineral tube are installed for disintegrating waste water. CONSTITUTION: The method for waste water treatment uses titanium oxide and ultra violet radiation. When electrode made of titanium dioxide semiconductor contacts with ultra violet or light, oxygen and hydrogen are generated. Properties of titanium dioxide are not changed by the reaction, and play a role of photo catalyst. Titanium tube which is made of titanium dioxide is designed to be suitable for generating a specific device(12), and a barrier(11) is installed in the titanium tube. Magnesia powder is filled in the space between the titanium tube and the barrier. Light and heat are transferred to titanium tube so that waste water is disintegrated by photo reaction. Quartz tubes which have ultra violet lamp are installed at both side of the titanium tube.
