PURPOSE: A moving picture advertising method in world wild web is provided to save a time for moving a site of a sponsor or downloading the site of the sponsor by not moving the site of the sponsor and advertising the site of the sponsor. CONSTITUTION: An initial picture(1) is displayed on a site of an operator when a user is connected to the site of the operator using a computer. An advertisement A is displayed during a Z frame in a moving picture reproducing window. The intial picture(1) and the moving picture advertisement are combined. The displayed initial picture(1) and moving picture advertisement is completed, and an intial picture(2) is displayed.
