PURPOSE:To uniformly disperse fine particles in binding resin by using the fine particle having a polyolefinic resin layer which is directly polymerized on the surface of the fine particle. CONSTITUTION:The fine particle for constituting developer mean colorant for constituting toner, magnetic powder and a fluidizing agent externally added to the toner. By treating the surface of the particle with polymerized catalyst and directly polymerizing olefinic monomer on the surface of the fine particle, the surface of the fine particle is coated with the polyolefinic resin so that the fine particle may be used. For example, polyethylene containing magnetite obtained by introducing ethylene and performing polymerization after mixing magnetite with the component of catalyst is used as the component of the toner. |
