PURPOSE: A film produced from extinction composition hardened by ultra violet is provided, which has durability, environmental affinity, scratch-resistance, heat-resistance, strength of film. CONSTITUTION: One functional monomer, multi-functional monomer or mixture of it with less than 500 molecular weight is used as a diluent. Hydroxyethylacrylate which is one functional monomer diluent is effect on attaching, but if content of it is more than 30 wt%, toxicity of composition increases. The photopolymerization initiator is good reactive when content of it is high, in case coating is thin and low content of it makes hardening speed in case coating is thick. The extinction agent extinguishes entering light by forming unevenness on the display using less than 20um amorphous inorganic silica. The extinction composition is covered on the film(1) and extinction coating layer(2) is formed being hardened by ultra violet. ITO sputtering layer(3) is formed on the other side of film and the film is attached to the display forming attaching layer(4) on the ITO sputtering layer. |
