PURPOSE: A balancing air hoist is provided to prevent loss of compressing air by using an air balloon which is elastically deformed according to the inhaling or exhausting of compressing air to rotate the reel drum to be wound by a wire and to reduce the manufacturing cost since the parts are not required to be precisely machined. CONSTITUTION: A balancing air hoist includes a housing(21) formed with a manifold(20) at an outside thereof for inhaling or exhausting compressing air, an air balloon(26) mounted at one side in the housing and elastically deformed in the axial direction by the compressing air to be inhaled or exhausted through the manifold, a ball screw(22) fixed in the housing passing through the air balloon not to be rotatable, a reel drum(30) rotatable fixed to a ball nut coupled with the ball screw by a trust bearing (29) for winding a wire(27) by rotating along the movement of the ball screw when the air balloon is extended, and a power transmission element(45) for moving the real drum along the ball screw by the expansion power of the balloon when the balloon is expanding. |
