PURPOSE: A heatproof and frame-proof device of a fire extinguisher is provided to prevent a hand or a face from burning, to prevent people from choking caused by noxious gas and to effectively extinguish fire at a close range, by opening a fireproof and frame-proof member installed on a hose. CONSTITUTION: An umbrella typed device is opened by pushing the central part of an opening frame(5) while opening a supporting frame(7) of which one end is installed on a hinge hole(61) and the other end is installed in a hinge piece(51) formed on the central part of the movable opening frame at a certain angle within an acute angle range with the position change of the movable bar when pushing a sliding movable bar(6) to the end of a hose(3). In the state of opening the device installed on the hose, when a user places a nozzle(31) in an igniting position and pushes a lever, an extinguishing chemical is sprayed through the nozzle. At that time, even if the nozzle is approached to the igniting position, a heatproof cover(8) intercepts noxious gas, heat or fume.
