PURPOSE: A packing method to maintain freshness of a sweet persimmon for export is provided which controls rapid softness during distribution, prevents physiological obstacle by vacuum-packing, and is a new method exported after storing in low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A packing method to maintain freshness of a sweet persimmon for export is comprised of: cooling selected persimmons at 2-5°C for 1-2days; packing 2 or 3 persimmons with low-dense polyethylene film which thickness is 45-55micrometer and mixed low-dense polyethylene and lined low-dense polyethylene in a ratio of 70: 30 of a packing sheet by heat adhesion, when five sweet persimmon are packed in a unit, they are used the packing sheet which thickness is 40-50micrometer; and enclosing 3-5gram of an ethylene gas absorbent which is in a permeable pack including a particle dried by being absorbed 100milliliter of 1M potassium permanganate solution into 1liter of a porous material(zeolite, perlite) in packing before distributing.
