PURPOSE: A method for checking state of product through question and diagnosis on internet and performing post-process is provided to easily repair a simple failure by performing a web service using checking the state of a product and performing a post-process. CONSTITUTION: A question and diagnosis system is generated based on an expert to a specific product. The generated question and diagnosis system is diagnosed on an internet. A state of a product of a user is diagnosed using the question and diagnosis system. The user repairs the product himself, requests the product to a repair store, or applies a repair on an internet according the result of the diagnosis. The applied repair is entrusted to an expert repair store.
