PURPOSE: A credit card payment system and method for electronic commercial is provided to prevent a finance damage by securing a stable buying of products and a refundment. CONSTITUTION: A shopping mole server(20) is connected to a personal computer(10) for a buyer through a communication network, and provides product information and seller information. A card company server(30) has a receipt unit for providing a temporal approval number and informs the temporal approval number and receipt information to a seller and a buyer using an electronic mail when a credit card of a buyer can to be paid, an inquiry unit for performing an inquiry using the temporal approval number, and an approval determining management unit for determining the temporal approval number as a normal transaction and determining the temporal approval number as a cancel transaction.
