PURPOSE: An apparatus for informing arrival to destination and identifying present point is provided to prevent pass through the target point to be late in time, thereby conveniently sleeping during moving. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for informing arrival to destination and identifying present point comprises a position transmission unit and a receive unit. The position transmission unit such as a mobile phone, a PCS phone, a radio pager or a base station, etc. informs the receive unit of a present point. The receive unit receives signals from the transmission unit to identify the present point and inform user of a point to be arrived. Further, The receive unit alarms if the present point is a desired target point.
