PURPOSE: A photographic printing paper having luminescent images is provided to obtain images recognizable even in a dark place by using the general photograph development or printing procedures. CONSTITUTION: A photographic printing paper having luminescent images includes an emulsion layer(10) containing photosensitive substances, and having a plurality of laminated photosensitive emulsion layers(11) having different sensitivities and a protective layer(12) made of gelatine, a transparent or semi-transparent substrate layer(20) for supporting the emulsion layer, and a luminescent layer(30) for providing light behind the substrate layer and having a phosphor layer(31) dispersed with luminescence from stored light on one or more mixtures of starch, gelatine, gum arabic and resin, a reflection layer(32) for emitting lights in night time and a protective layer(33), wherein the substrate layer is dispersed with white pigments for permeating light from the luminescent layer in night time and increasing the reflection rate thereof.
