PURPOSE: Two bytes characters stream recipient ID E-mail mailing service system of a computer communication or an internet E-mail is provided to process two bytes character stream without an encoding or a decoding process. CONSTITUTION: Two bytes characters stream recipient ID E-mail mailing service system of a computer communication or an internet E-mail forms a mail address ID database formed with two bytes character stream independently of a mail server for managing a mail reception routing path. The mail address ID database processes a mail received to a host with a mail server. A transmitted mail is stored to a mail reception box if a character stream corresponding to a recipient ID of the transmitted mail exits on the mail address ID database. The transmitted mail is intercepted if not.
