PURPOSE: A device to control the data is provided to flexible when designing IC(integrated circuit) using control method. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises 1) the control input part outputting control data input by gate signal, data signal, and clock signal, 2) the control set part outputting address, address set, data set, control set signals, 3) the returning part of control signal outputting the control data to data line, 4) the address set part selecting data control part and outputting address information to data choice part, 5) the data controller outputting data input to inputter, 6) the data returner outputting the returning data to data choice, 7) the returning data selector outputting elected signal to data line.
