PURPOSE: A device for separating a weight of an underwater equipment is provided to separate a weight with a simple structure and to produce at a lower cost. CONSTITUTION: An underwater equipment is thrown under water with a weight in a state that the weight is combined. Then water is flowed in through a water inflow inlet of the weight. Herein, the water is flowed into an inner part of a molded inflow hole of a setting bar(24) and the pressure of water finally reacts on a lower face of a stem(22). Thereby, the more the underwater equipment drops under the water, the higher the water pressure for pressurizing a lower face of the step is. In addition, if the water pressure is higher than a set up pressure, reaching a regular a layer of the depth of water, the water pressure pushes the stem upward.
