METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing liquid crystal display device is to rinse a panel contaminated during steps of cutting and buffering a substrate in manufacturing process of a panel bonding type liquid crystal display device, and also to prevent a seal from damaging in the cutting step. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a panel bonding type LCD device comprises the steps of: cutting a sub assembled liquid crystal display panel by a unit panel; buffering a cutting face of the unit panel; rinsing the unit panel immerged in a rinsing solution in such a manner of vibrating the solution using a supersonic; and forming an edge electrode on the unit panel, the cutting step being performed by a wheel capable of deep cutting so as not to break the unit panel completely.
