A recording apparatus adapted to allow a user to select a music for recording same on a compact disc and the like, the apparatus comprising: a case; a money inserting unit mounted at the case through which money can be inserted; a display unit mounted at the case and exposed for being externally viewed so that a user can select a music therethrough; a selecting unit disposed at the display unit for selection of a music when the user presses a button at a screen; an extracting unit formed beneath the case for extraction of a recorded CD or the like when recording is completed; a guide mounted in the extracting unit for inserting the extracted CD and the like into the extracting unit; a door formed at the case for insertion of blank CD and the like into a magazine; a recording unit for recording music on the blank CD; a transport unit for feeding the blank CD and recorded CD to the recording unit, magazine and the guide; a control unit such as a microcomputer for controlling the money inserting unit, recording unit, transport unit and the like, and a storing unit connected to the control unit for storing a predetermined number of musics. |
