PURPOSE: A CDMA channel is provided to read out only data really transferring in block interleaver among data of full, half, quarter, and eight rate. CONSTITUTION: A CDMA channel comprises an LPN generator producing LPN code; a symbol repetition identifying a plurality of data rates encoded to one data rate; a block interleaver reading out in low direction after writing data rate outputted from the symbol repetition to an interleaver memory in regular order; a walsh modulator selecting an index of a walsh code by an output of the block interleaver to output a pertinent walsh code sequence; a DBR encoding the data inputted from the output of the LPN generator and the walsh modulator and outputting; and address control/null data generator generating the null data instead of non transfer data to read out the only transfer data in the block interleaver as controlling address of the block interleaver from information about DBR position.
