PURPOSE: A construction of a tire and a rim for a vehicle is provided to reduce the air pollution caused by the unstable combustion of fuel as well as to completely exclude the danger such as collision, fire and explosion of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A construction of a tire and a rim is composed by: inserting propartal links into a tire to introduce air into both sides and a bottom(3); and installing the propartal links on a shielding wall(5) united with a wheel rim. A gap is generated between the propartal links and the tire if a load is not directly given from outside and the tire is filled with compressed air. However, the gap of the bottom is disappeared and the air in the space is equally distributed to all parts except the bottom if a certain load is given to the gap. The distance between the tire and the rim is not rapidly reduced to prevent the bottom of the tire from being contacted with the wheel rim even if the tire is damaged by the state of a road surface or other causes so the air as to be exhausted. |
