PURPOSE: Pulverized Sik-hye(a sweet drink made from fermented rice) is provided which is restored to Sik-hye solution if the powder is diluted in water. CONSTITUTION: Natural sweetener using Sik-hye is prepared by the following step of separating Sik-hye solution into clear liquid and spray-drying the liquid to powder form. When spray-drying step, the drying temperature is in the range of no heat denaturation and the spraying space is higher than an existing spray dryer. |
