PURPOSE: A pressurized barley containing calcium is provided to improve health of people by adding calcium to the pressurized barley for the people to intake calcium continuously. CONSTITUTION: Stones and impurities are removed from barley for dividing the barley according to the size. Then the barley and powdered eggshell calcium are mixed in a screw conveyer. The barley mixed with the powdered calcium is transferred for being steamed by using a small amount of highly pressurized vapor and for being steamed by using strong highly pressurized steam for the calcium to be absorbed in the barley. Also, the barley containing calcium is pressurized and dried by using hot air at the temperature of 120-170°C for more than one minute. Therefore, the pressurized barley is stabilized. The completed barley containing calcium is obtained by removing the impurities in the barley and cooling the barley. |
