PURPOSE: To prepare of yam noodles having savory taste, which is prepared by grinding the raw yam and mixing with wheat flour. CONSTITUTION: This method for producing a yam noodles comprised of the steps that washing the raw yam; grinding the yam, which has no granules; making dough with yam juice, wheat flour and salt; making noodle. This yam noodles have a stickiness, glutinousness and can be stored for 24 hours at chilling condition. |
