PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing a washing-ball for decoloration which has improved decoloration-efficiency, being economic and not being environment-pollutive by using new synthetic resin and splinters of a rock having high mechanical strength. Thereby, it is possible to use the ball permanently because of strong durability, and to save waste-water treatment cost. CONSTITUTION: The washing-ball for decoloration is obtained by a process comprising the steps of; preparing splinters of a rock which has broken the rock of high mechanical strength into size of 10-20; melting synthetic resin, namely polyester at temperature of 270-320 degrees centigrade, followed by mixing splinters of a rock equally; shaping into a spheral shape in the mold, followed by cooling by using cooling-water. The mixture is obtained by mixing the synthetic resin with splinter of a rock at a ratio of 3-4 to 6-7.
