PURPOSE: A linear antenna with a capacitor is provided to increase radiation efficiency of a high frequency by disposing capacitors between wires so that current can be dispensed to a free end thereof. CONSTITUTION: A linear antenna with a capacitor includes a plurality of wires and a plurality of capacitors(6). The wires are prepared having an identical length to each other and the capacitors(6) are disposed between the wires. The wires and the capacitors(6) may be coupled through a welding process. A free end(3) of the antenna is insulated. The basic structure of the inventive antenna is the same as those of a vertical antenna and a dipole antenna, but it can obtain a gain higher that those the vertical antenna and the dipole antenna.
