PURPOSE: A controller for TESS21 and fabrication method of the same provides present new algorithm, S/W for digital contents and multimedia data base, a multimedia H/W system for presenting digital contents, S/W data interfacing algorithm and related technique. CONSTITUTION: A controller for TESS21 receives DC power converted in a DC converter(7) to operate a logic circuit, a main operator, a main memory, a data transmitter, a data input/output. If power is supplied from the converter(7), reset signals are input to the main controller, the normal operations of the main operator, the main memory, the data input/output and the transmitter are sequentially checked, then the system is operated by OS in the main memory.
