PURPOSE: A preparation method of a floor panel is provided to shorten the process time to penetrate holes by employing a punching press and to prevent holes of a metal penal and a surface material from being distorted by punching holes on the surface material through the holes of the metal panel penetrated by the punch. CONSTITUTION: A floor panel is prepared by the steps of: forming plural holes(9) on a metal panel(6) having ribs(10,11) on the rear surface through the punching press process; adhering a nonmetallic surface material(5) to the surface of the metal panel having plural holes; installing the metal panel on a die(17) higher than the surface material; descending a punch(15) through the plural holes on the metal panel; and forming plural holes(8) on the surface material through the punching press process. The floor panel has the same center of holes on the metal panel and the surface material.
