PURPOSE: A device for displaying is provided to minimize the degradation of image quality caused by blinking of an image. CONSTITUTION: An image is formed by dispersion displaying scanning lines not in order in a displaying device displaying image information after forming the image by using plural scanning lines. A method for deciding the order for the progress of the scanning lines is composed of displaying the number of scanning lines in binary scale, recomposing the binary bit in a reverse order, operating an XOR operation by using a certain integer k, and ordering the result of the operation according to the size. Therefore, the time span for displaying adjacent scanning lines is maximized for minimizing a mutual interference to improve the quality of image.
