PURPOSE: A hoist and traction apparatus is provided to improve the workability and smooth operation by minimizing the operation lever with a simple structured switching element and reduced accessories by integrally forming the spring reception part and the window in a frame. CONSTITUTION: A hoist and traction apparatus includes a main body(11) having a hook(15),a pulley(12) rotatable supported in the housing, a driving shaft(14) for driving driven, a driven element(48) non-rotatable connected to the driving shaft, a driving element(55) rotatable connected to the driving shaft, a reverse rotation stopping gear(53) rotatable connected to the driving shaft, a reverse rotation stopping pawl(59) provided in the housing to be engaged with the reverse rotation stopping gear, and an operation lever(14) for operating the driving element, wherein the driving element includes a non-circular configured part, and the operation lever includes a toothed wheel(62) having a non-circular fixing element to be non-rotatable coupled with the non-circular configured part and formed with transmission teeth part around the outer peripheral, a feed pawl(62) to be engaged with the transmission teeth part of the toothed wheel for rotating the toothed wheel in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction, and a switching element(69) for alternatively switching the feed pawl in a free rotation position. |
