PURPOSE: A telephone communication system through internet using a hot key is provided to connect a client to a staff by clicking once a corresponding item(Hot Key)when the client requires a telephonic communication with the staff. CONSTITUTION: A telephone communication system through internet using a hot key is executed by the following steps. A client is connected to a home page on internet. The client clicks an item(hot key) to consult a staff when the client performs a search. IP gateway calls a telephone number connected to the item on a PSTN. The client is connected to the staff. The client talks the staff upon a speaker or a microphone of a PC. |
