PURPOSE: A preparing method of a PTC(Parabolic Through Concentrator) type solar heat concentrator is provided to promote the warmth keeping efficiency and to make easy the carrying and treating glass by accurately closing warmth keeping glass by preparing an insulating glass connecting device and by making possible the vacuum state and the sealing of special gas. CONSTITUTION: A frame(11) of a solar heat concentrator is prepared by cutting a metal plate into an accurate parabolic face by using laser processing. A reflecting plate adhering face(15) is welded on the processed frame connected to a shaft(51) for a driving unit as long as the length of a needed module. And a square pipe(14) for preventing twisting and a pipe for a frame connecting structure are connected to the terminal part(13) of the frame. A lowering preventing thrust structure is inserted to the rear face of the frame. A reflecting plate(21) is adhered to the reflecting plate adhering face by using a special adhering tape, and then fixed by using a reflecting plate fixing angle(22). And the heat concentrator is completed by processing a glass connecting device(33) by an insulating material to be symmetric it its upper and lower parts by centering on a heat reception part(31). |
