AUTIMATIC SYSTEM FOR GRNERATING/SEARCHING SKETCH MAP OM DEMAND AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An automatic system for generating /searching sketch map om demand and control method thereof are provided to generate a template patterned sketch using the established map database and to display the generated sketch according to a user search condition. CONSTITUTION: A server(1) is composed of a data base(10), a knowledge base(12), an interface processor(13) and a search processor(14). The data base(10) stores data related to location information including transportation information. The knowledge base(12) classifies the data by user requirements using the data base(10) and stores the processing procedure together with parameters. The search processor(14) generates a necessary table and extracts necessary information after indexing. The interface processor(13) transfers the information extracted from the search processor(14) to a web browser(31) of a client(3). The client(3) is equipped with a communication unit to be connected to the server(1) through a public network(2) and the web browser(31) to search the data base(10) of the server(1).
