PURPOSE: A mobile communication exchange for providing selectively a call signal and a busy signal is provided to switch a call signal and a busy signal to a melody stored in a music server within a mobile communication exchange. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication exchange for providing selectively a call signal sound and a lines busy signal sound comprises a CPU(30), a signal processing portion(70), and a music server(40). The CPU switches the call signal sound or the lines busy signal sound to a specific sound. The music server stores melody data corresponding to the specific sound. The signal processing portion processes signals between the CPU and the music server.
