PURPOSE: A device for taking out an air spoiler is provided to operate the air spoiler upward and to control the travel of a car by giving downward force to the rear of the car. CONSTITUTION: A device forms an air spoiler(2) and a receiving space(1a) formed horizontally and receiving the air spoiler. The receiving space forms at least two holes(1b). A groove(2a) opposite to the hole is formed in the lower face of the air spoiler. A protrusion(3a) is formed in the upper end of a supporting stand(3), and combines the air spoiler and the supporting stand as inserted into the groove through the hole. Then a pinion gear(8) of a driving device(5) feeding power to a connecting stand(4) and a rack gear(4a) are butted in each other. A stepping motor(6) is forward rotated to rotate the pinion gear when operating the air spoiler upward. Then the air spoiler rises from a trunk lead panel(1) in 8cm. When operating the air spoiler downward, the stepping motor is reversely rotated and then the air spoiler is settled in the receiving space at the same length of the trunk lead panel surface.
