PURPOSE: A device for controlling a vehicle entered a crosswalk is provided to reduce a traffic accident, to increase the guiding efficiency of a safety traveling to a driver and to safely cross to a pedestrian. CONSTITUTION: When a vehicle is entered a stop line of a crosswalk or inside the crosswalk, a device for reacting the entrance is operated. The recognizing and alarming device by operating to the driver of the vehicle and the pedestrian is operated to recognize and to alarm to the driver of the vehicle and the pedestrian variably. The various kinds of recognition and alarm are composed to be installed and used by selecting individually or dually, and to convert according to a need of a constructor or a user.
