PURPOSE: A price customized electronic commerce method and the system thereof are provided to intermediate goods or service through the conclusion of a trade contract, as a vendor determines the deal for a price suggestion of a purchaser who desires good purchasing and service providing. CONSTITUTION: If a purchaser(400) makes out a purchase order and transfers it to a price negotiating server(200), the price negotiating server(200) adjusts the purchasing desired price of the purchase order and stores the adjusted price in a purchase order detail database. Vendors connected to the price negotiating server(200) confirm the associated purchase order and carry out vendor response(120). The price negotiating server(200) selects a first responded vendor(300) and annunciates the trade conclusion to the purchaser(400) and the vendor(300).
