PURPOSE: A method for providing national number service having an originating location appointing function using the internet on the mobile radio communication and the internet is to provide a service connecting to the address of a desired location inputted by a user and an appointed destination area based on the national number. CONSTITUTION: A user connects with a specific site connected on the internet(S20). The user inputs the address of a desired location and a desired national number(S22). The user confirms the inputted address and national number(S24). If a national number final provider linked with the inputted address exists(S26), information comprising general phone number based on the inputted address and the national number final provider is provided to the user(S28).
