DEVICE FOR EXAMINING DURABILITY OF TIRE BEAD

PURPOSE: A device for examining durability is provided to examine the durability of a tire bead with the same condition under which a tire is operated in a field. CONSTITUTION: An examining device comprises of: a control unit of temperature to supply power to a power supply unit to heat until an established temperature by referring to a present temperature when a worker establishes the heating temperature; the power supply unit to transfer the power supplied from the control unit of temperature to a heat plate and to transfer a temperature change of a heating unit to the control unit of the temperature again; and the heating unit to rise a temperature of a ring(R) until the established temperature by heating the heat plate(1) transferred the power from the power supply unit. Thereby the durability of a tire bead is examined with the same condition which a tire is operated in a field by installing the heat plate(1) in the tire ring(R), installing a detecting switch of accident(13) in the beat unit outside the tire and installing a rotary machine of tire in a shaft of the examining device.
