PURPOSE: A key holder is provided to insert and put out a key from the key holder by using a little force. CONSTITUTION: A both sides of a ring(1) are pressed for inserting a key(100) into the ring and an opening end part(14) is closed for removing each elastic protrusion(12) installed at a combining end part from a combining groove(21). Therefore, the ring is separated from a combining tool(2). And one end part of the ring is inserted to a hole(101) of the key for inserting the key to the inside of the ring. When the outer force twisting the end part of the ring is eliminated, the ring returns into the original shape by elastic force. Then the elastic protrusions contact each other by being pressed for being inserted to a space(20) in the combining tool. When the force is eliminated, each elastic protrusion is inserted to the combining groove for closing the opening end part of the ring. Therefore, the key is prevented from being removed.
