DEVICE FOR DISTRIBUTING LOAD OF PROPELLING PIPE FOR EXCAVATING CURVED TUNNEL

PURPOSE: A device for distributing a load of a propelling pipe is provided to prevent the damage of the propelling pipe and to smoothly excavate by uniformly distributing the propelling load according to the excavation in an inner and an outer faces of a curved portion by inserting a supporting device in a space between the propelling pipes. CONSTITUTION: A load distributing device of propelling pipe comprises of a supporting ring(8) and a screw jack(7). A supporting bar(9) and a cushion pad(7) is settled in a part which the supporting ring(8) and the screw jack(7) contact each other. Each supporting ring(8) is settled according to inner circumferences inside both propelling pipes and the supporting ring(8) is strongly compressed inside the propelling pipe by opening through cutting the one side and by installing a splitter(17) in the opening. Both ends of the screw jack(15) is arrived upside a face protruded toward an inner central direction inside the propelling pipes of the supporting ring(8) and the screw jack is easily rotated by adding a shock using a hammer by forming a protrusion(19) in an outside of a rotating nut(13). Therefore, the counter force is formed by closing the supporting ring(8) inside the widened propelling pipes and by installing the screw jack(15) between two supporting rings(8). The dimensional control of the counter force is possible by controlling a gap between propelling pipes.
