PURPOSE: A preparation method of natural soda water using an alder and a moorwort with a natural medicine, which decomposes alcohol after drinking and protects a liver with low cost. CONSTITUTION: Natural soda is made by getting extract powder of an alder leaf and moorwort by extracting in 30-70% of ethanol at 50-80°C for 1-20hours and spray drying, leaving mixture of 10-80wt% of the alder leaf extract and 20-90wt% of the moorwort extract at 0-50°C for 1-20 hours and pulverizing into 100mesh, getting powdered extract of the root of a kudzu and gourd by extracting in 30-70% of ethanol at 50-80°C for 20hours and spray drying, boiling at 100°C for 20hours after soaking each the extract in cool water, and injecting carbon dioxide after adding honey and vitamin.
