PURPOSE: A portable spot welder is provided to be produced in a small size and by light weight with a lever driving way, not a cylinder driving way, and to be used during a transfer. CONSTITUTION: A portable spot welder is composed of a welder body(10), a fixing end(20), a driving end(30), a driving unit(M) containing a handle(40), a lever(50), and a connector(60), and a supporting stand(70). When an operator rotates the lever on a hinge shaft P1 as a center for placing an object between a fixing electrode bar(21) and a driving electrode bar(31), a hinge shaft P2 is rotated downward and the driving end which is connected to a hinge shaft P3, horizontally moves to the rear of the body so that the driving electrode bar is separated from the fixing electrode bar in a regular distance.
