发明名称 REFINING PROCESS FOR PREPARATION OF ULTRA LOW CARBON STEEL
摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a refining process of ultra low carbon steel which has high speed spin nozzle. Thereby, it is possible to obtain a refining process of ultra low carbon steel by using a high speed spin nozzle, and it is useful for the low cost of product. CONSTITUTION: The process contains following steps of: controlling a temperature of steel with 1575-1590°C; refluxing a carbon amount of 0.070-0.090%; and then spinning an oxygen or oxygen containing gas to steel in the vacuum bath to prepare the ultra low carbon steel. The steel has carbon amount of 0.030-0.050%, oxygen amount of 350-450ppm and temperature of 1605-1610°C. A vacuum degaser is consisted of steel, deposition tube, vacuum bath, reflux gas, ladle and nozzle. The deposition tube is connected to the vacuum bath. The deposition tube is consisted of increasing tube and decreasing tube. The steel is rotated from the increasing tube to decreasing tube by potential energy.
