PURPOSE: A hinge device of a flip type mobile telephone is provided to improve a hinge function by minimizing components of a hinge device for opening and closing a flip. CONSTITUTION: A hinge device of a flip type mobile telephone comprises a hinge housing, a first hinge shaft(2), a hinge cam, a hinge spring, a hinge module, a hinge portion, a combination portion, and a fixing portion. The hinge module comprises a hinge cover. The hinge portion comprises a second hinge shaft(6) formed with a projection portion, a combination shaft, and a cylinder-shaped support portion and a hinge plate spring(7) having a free end and a fixed end. The combination portion is formed with a fixed groove and a projection portion.
