PURPOSE: A valve is provided to easily control the flow of the fluid passing through a valve by controlling the passage for the control of the flux of a valve by using the magnetic force of an operation member. CONSTITUTION: A pipe for supply and discharge is connected to both ends of a valve body(10) and supplies and passes fluid. The supplied fluid is discharged via a discharge pipe combined to the other side of the valve by passing through the penetrated holes(16,19) of a mobile member(13) and a fixed member(17) installed in a valve body(10). The flow of the fluid passing through the valve is controlled by controlling the fixed member combined into the valve by forcible insertion and the mobile member combined to the fixed member to be able to rotate by using magnetic force from outer portion.
