PURPOSE: A device is provided to solve the movement of user or the control of a radius of action when wire transmitter and receiver are used generally, to improve a radius of use connected with cellular phone, and to let user move freely. CONSTITUTION: The wireless transmitter and receiver connected with cellular phone comprises 1)a frist wireless transmitter and receiver which uses the fixed frequency distinguished fROM cellular phone, transmitts and distinguished fROM cellular phone, transmitts and receives call signal,2) a second wireless transceiver which outputs the call signal locale fROM a first wireless device to the sound, and changes the sound input fROM outside to fixed frequency.
