PURPOSE: A method is provided to manufacture high quality stainless flange having uniform lamellar structure and high durability by adopting both casting and forging processes. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing stainless flange includes the steps of forming a cast (A) in the shape of flange by pouring melted metal(S10), post-processing the cast by removing impurities from the surface thereof and cutting a pouring gate(12)(S20), heating the cast in a furnace, molding the heated cast in sealed frames(41,42) by pressure for giving uniform rigidity(S40), cutting fins(43) generated in the pressure molding step from the cast(S50), annealing the cast(B) from which the fin is removed for making the organization of the product uniformly and removing internal stress generated in the casting and forging processes(S60), and machining the surface of the cast smoothly and forming a plurality of bolt coupling hole(3)(S70), wherein the cast is heated at a temperature in the range of 1100-1250°C in the heating step(S30).
