PURPOSE: A duplicated call process method in a telephone vote service is provided to enhance a vote reliability and offer a subscriber much chance to participate in the telephone vote service by limiting calls repeatedly done by one subscriber. CONSTITUTION: A duplicated call process method comprises steps of assigning a table, for storing a duplicated call information, in a service control system(5), a voter's(1) inputting a service id number, a register number and a selection number, a local exchanger(2)'s routing the numbers to a service exchanger(3) based on the service id number, the service control system's(5) receiving the numbers with a calling telephone number(S1), the service control system's(5) checking if the received data is a designated pattern, the voting call area is limited and the total call number is over and performing the call duplication(S2), storing the vote related data in the assigned table if the call is not duplicated and transmitting the accumulated data to the service exchanger(S3).
